H is for one hundred. 

We counted out 100 blocks and 100 pegs. 

We used groups of 10 because 10 groups of 10 is 100.

After reading the story of the Three Billy Goats Gruff, the tamariki worked with a buddy to build a bridge. A troll needed to be able to go under the bridge, and the goats had to be able to climb over it. Here are the final builds.

At sharing time Froggie looked at all the f things that were shown.

We read the poem 1,2,3,4,5 once I caught a fish alive. We learnt about rhyme. Can you spot the words that rhyme?

Experimenting to see if objects would float or sink.

We created doodle art using interesting lines and colours to fill the doodle lines.

We read some of the Greedy Cat books which are written by Joy Cowley. 

We created our own Greedy Cats using smudgey pastels.

We read the book "Bubbles" then we headed outside and blew bubbles.
